If you cancel any of the items in your order and the value of your order falls below £19.00 then you will be charged for delivery on the additional remaining items in your order.

Cancellation Policy |

| Books damaged in transit must be reported us immediately. We cannot accept returns after 14 days of original dispatch. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the books that you have ordered from us, for orders made by telephone or online you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the books. Where books are delivered to a third party (e.g. through our gift service) you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the books you ordered. |
